Overview
Performance Insight’s business mission is to enable organizations to effectively screen, select, and develop employees that will perform at the highest level. As licensed clinical psychologists we utilize scientifically-validated assessments and developmental programs that are designed to increase employee productivity and performance while simultaneously improving employee satisfaction, health, retention and loyalty. With the right staff, organizations reduce training costs, improve customer satisfaction, increase their community reputation, and naturally/consequently increase profitability.
Performance Insight incorporates advanced behavioral/psychological research and technology to identify and develop “high performers.” We understand that “high performers” possess certain attributes which underperforming individuals lack. A “high performer” has; 1) strong problem-solving skills, 2) high levels of Conscientiousness, and 3) high emotional intelligence.
Other personnel development organizations might screen and/or train for just one of these attributes. Often they will screen/train erroneous personality variables – wasting a company’s resources. As experts in applied behavioral psychology, Performance Insight knows what it takes to identify and develop the right employee for your organization.
“Those who build great companies understand that the ultimate throttle on growth for any great company is not markets, or technology, or competition, or products. It is one thing above all others: the ability to get and keep the right people.”
Jim Collins – Research author of Built to Last and Good to Great
