Talent Management for Organizations

Career Coaching for Employees

Overview

Once a company has selected the best employees to execute their mission, the next logical step is to create a working environment which further promotes productivity and job satisfaction. Performance Insight knows how to get the most out of your staff and more importantly how to build conditions that foster increased employer loyalty, thereby reducing negative turnover.

Employee Development

A top performing employee has both high levels of Emotional Intelligence and Conscientiousness. Performance Insight works with your employees to develop their levels of emotional intelligence, which in turn has the direct effect of increasing their conscientious work behaviors. Higher levels of emotional intelligence also results in higher levels of job/organization satisfaction, improved teamwork, and reduced conflict between employees and within an organization. We are clinically and professionally trained to help your employees develop:

- Emotional Self-Control
- Organizational Awareness
- Self Confidence
- Adaptability/Flexibility
- Interpersonal Skills
- Teamwork & Collaborative Talents
- Optimism
- Conflict Management Skills
- Communication Skills
- Internal Locus of Control
- Time Management
- Health Behaviors
- Stress Management Skills
- Leadership Behaviors

Organizational Development

Performance Insight knows that above all other variables, low job satisfaction is most highly correlated (.40) with employee turnover. Intuitively this makes a great deal of sense. However, many companies struggle with understanding what is contributing to their high turnover and/or what to do about it. Performance Insight works with organizations to enhance their employees’ ratings of job satisfaction. We know what variables contribute to high levels of satisfaction and we train employers to optimize these variables. When this is effectively accomplished, job dissatisfaction, burnout and turnover are held to a minimum. Organizations are able to keep “the best employees on the bus.” We educate organizations in how to develop:

- Healthy Systems & Teams
- Effective Management & Leadership
- Positive Wellness Environment
- Motivation – appropriate compensation, employee feedback, etc.
- Employee Job Satisfaction
- Specific Employee Role Definitions vs. Role Ambiguity
- Employees That Feel Empowered
- Open Lines of Communication

Study Finds Link Between Job Satisfaction (Morale) and Stock Price - “Stock prices of 11 high-morale companies increased an average of 19.4 percent in 2005, outpacing the 8 percent rise attained by competitors in their industry according to a recent study by Sirota Survey Intelligence. Conversly, the stocks of 13 companies with medium or low morale increased only 10 percent, or 9 percentage points less than their peers.” Schoeff – Workforce Management (2006).

“Organizations want to keep their best employees and they want them to perform at the highest level.”
